Grant for examining division of household labor for couples in which the
female earns as much or more than the male. Using Panel Survey of Income
Dynamics Data we examine the educational, income, and other characteristics
of dual career couples in which the female earns as much or more than the
spouse. We also investigate whether this pattern of female out earning mates
persists over time in the same household instruction. |

Award to continue research examining earning patterns in households where
women earn more than their spouses. |
