I have a broad interest in various types of dominant‑subordinant relationships, and how such relationships are either perpetuated or changed. In terms of more traditional disciplinary titles this would include: Sociology of Gender, Social Stratification, Social and Cultural Change, Social Policy Issues, Racial and Ethnic Inequality, Social Problems, Introduction to Sociology, Sociology of the Family, Sociology of Work, Sociology of Unemployment, Industrial Sociology, Political Sociology, and Cross Cultural Communication. I am also very interested in teaching and teaching pedagogy, and the area of Teaching Sociology.
