serving developmentally delayed, disabled, and at-risk infants and toddlers at
sites in Johnstown and Ebensburg, Pennsylvania.
(2) Directed staff of 25 persons (program director,
10 teachers, 3 speech therapists, 2 physical therapists, social worker, parent
coordinator, 2 occupational therapists, 2 occupational therapy assistants,
office manager, clerical assistant, and van driver).
(3) Developed and administered program budget (over
$600,000 in 1994), including grant applications.
(4) Developed public awareness programs and
coordinated services with other area agencies.
(5) Worked with Board of Directors.
