On behalf of The Penn, its staff writers and editors and contributors in David Loomis' fall 2005 News Reporting class, five Journalism students attended awards banquet at the Hershey Convention Center in Hershey , Pa. , March 29, 2006. The students picked up plaques for The Penn's Pennsylvania Newspaper Association 2 nd -place public-service Keystone Award for 2005.
