Private companies to collect garbage

Two private companies will begin to collect the garbage from Hargeisa.
Hargeisa the capital of Somaliland is one of the dirtiest towns in Somaliland
where you can see garbage in every corner of the streets. Hargeisa city has allowed
two privately owned companies to collect the garbage from the city.
In a press conference representatives of the two companies said,
"We are very happy to do this job , and we shall make our city cleaner."
However some people believe that the local government is trying to show the public
that it is democratic in order to get votes from the people.
