Enrolling in the Somali ODel program Students enroll through the following universities. All students must have a formal letter of admission from the universities. No student will be allowed in the program unless the student has been formally admitted to the university. If the student does not belong to any of the following universities the student must contact the universities. It is hoped more universities will be added to the consortium in future.
