Writing a chapter analysis
When I ask you to write a chapter analysis there are a number of things you need to do.

-Let me know what the chapter says. There is normally a point to a chapter, and you need to explain what is was.
-How does this chapter fit into the rest of the book? By the time you are doing this analysis you should have finished the book, and should be able to analyze how this fits into the overall arguement of the book. Bascially, a chapter analysis is just like a book review, only shorter and more focused.
-Why did you find the arguement of this chapter convincing or not? What sort of points is the author making, and what claims or evidence are backing them up?
-All chapter analysis should include a full citation. All late assignments will be graded down one mark a day i.e. an A- becomes a B+
